If when you receive your piece it is not as you expected, you have 48 hours to contact me and return your shipment.
In the event that you have made a mistake in size, it can be modified. Remember that I do everything by hand and that when changing the size the piece can acquire small differences. In this case, the return and exchange will not cost more than the shipping costs.
If you want a refund of the purchased part, you will have two options to recover your investment, since unfortunately in no case will the cost be refunded.
Acquire another piece for the same value or if it is higher than the piece purchased, pay the difference.
Obtain a gift card with the cost of your order (without expiration) to use yourself or give it away so that someone else can use it.
